The Foto-Sniper Camera was originally designed for the KGB secret surveillance operations. The Foto-Sniper Camera is a 35mm camera with special configuration that allows for inventive integrated stabilization system and an effective 300mm telephoto lens for long distance surveillance. With the Foto-Sniper Camera there is no need for a tri-pod or stabilization system, both the camera and telephoto lens are specially mounted on its metal alloy stock, similar to that of a rifle's stock. The stock of the camera also has integrated a focusing mechanism and trigger-activated shutter release. The Foto-Sniper Camera is held and aimed just like a rifle, snuggly against your shoulder and you pull the trigger when you want to snap a photo. There are control knobs located on the stock for focusing purposes. With no tripod, setup time, or adjustments needed to achieve proper height, getting the perfect shot becomes second nature. The Foto-Sniper Camera is ideal for tracking, photographing, and following a moving subject. Along with its surveillance uses, this camera is great for sporting events, and wildlife photography. With semi-automatic through-the-lens exposure level meter and viewfinder LED indicators, you can get instantaneous mirror-return and perfect exposure settings; allowing you to have continually view the subject before and after you snap the photograph. It has a split-image focusing to get ideal image sharpness, even when conditions vary. For optimal light transmission and remarkable photographic imagery, the Foto-Sniper Camera is outfitted with a multi-coated achromatic lens. It has exceptional shutter speeds varying from 1/30th of a second to 1/500th of a second. The Foto-Sniper uses standard 35mm film, it is manufactured by Zenit in Russia. It is a complete camera system and includes the 35mm camera, detachable shoulder stock and pistol grip feature, 1-50mm f/2.0 Zenitar M2 lens, a 300mm f/4.5 telephoto lens, filter adapters, rubber eyecup, hood, optical glass filters (assorted), tools, fitted carrying case, and manual.
