The RockBox features a portable digital video recorder similar to the PV-1000 from LawMate and extreme battery technology allowing the system to run continuously for 80 hours or standby for up to 1 year. An invisible PIR Motion sensor aids lets the system hibernate when there's nothing to record, as soon as the PIR senses motion the DVR kicks into action and records for several moments after the motion stops.
An on screen time & date stamp lets you know exactly when an incident occurred which will assist law enforcement and prosecutors immensely. A 32GB SD Card holds 80 hours of video that you simply upload to your PC for review.
