you entered a different shipping address than what is listed
with your credit card company follow these directions: |

| It
is common and understandable that you would want your purchase
shipped to a different address. We have no problem accommodating
this request but we MUST have your help to ensure a seamless
transaction. |

| Trust
me when I say that the following required steps are not intended
to cause you frustration or anger. The rules are put into
place by your credit card company to protect the security of
your account. It would be MUCH easier on us if we didn't
have to follow these precautions so try to bear with me on this.

Calling Your
Credit Card Company |

| Step
1 - Take your credit card back out and turn it over. You
will see a toll free customer service number and a 3 or 4 digit
code after your account number or simply by itself. American
Express customers.. this number is on the front of your card. Make
a note of these two numbers. You will need them for the
next few steps. |

| Step
2 - Call the toll free number and follow the automated
directions to speak with a customer service representative. We've
found that it is usually faster to enter your credit card number
when requested and press 0 for an operator. |

| Step
3 - Tell the representative that you wish to add an "Alternate
Shipping Address" to your account. Tell them that
you placed an internet order and want the merchandise delivered
to an address different than where your bill goes to.
IMPORTANT: By adding
the alternate address the billing address will not change. You
will still receive your bills at the correct address. |

4 - Email the information to orders@spygadgets.com. We
will contact the credit card company and verify the information
and process your order promptly. Thank you for helping
