do orders ship? |
| Question: If
I place my order today, when will it be shipped and when will I
get it? |

| Answer: MOST orders
are shipped the same day if you place your order before noon
central time. Some orders take longer to process than others so if you
need a product by a certain date please plan ahead.
Don't
wait until the last possible minute. If you place an order
late Friday afternoon or during the weekend it will ship on Monday. |

chose the Next Day Air option. Will my product arrive tomorrow? |

| Answer: WEEKENDS
DO NOT COUNT IN THE SHIPPING WORLD!
If you order a product say... before
noon on a Friday and you select 2 Day Air. That absolutely DOES
NOT mean
you will get it on Sunday. This is the way it works all over
the world. Contact UPS / Fedex / USPS for more information regarding
shipping options.
We
try to give all Next Day Air packages as must attention as
we do every other package. We know that you have an urgent need
for the equipment you ordered and we will do everything in our
power to see that it gets shipped immediately. Most orders are
shipped the same day your order is placed but delays sometimes
do occur.
By law we are required to deliver
your package in a "reasonable amount of time". This
means that in instances where there is a stock shortage or
sudden increase in demand we may need an extra day or so to
fill the order. Of course we will notify you of any delays. |

need my package delivered on Saturday. Can this be done? |

| Answer: Absolutely! We
routinely have orders delivered to customers on Saturday. Please
be aware that there is an extra charge for this service since it
is not a normal UPS delivery day. The charge is assessed
by UPS, not us. We do not profit from the extra shipping
charges. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your
order. |

| Tracking

| Question: How
do I know when my order has been shipped? |

| Answer: We
will e-mail the UPS tracking number to the e-mail you provided
when placing your order. If you do not receive a tracking
number please feel free to call. |

| Delivery
Confirmation |
| Question: Nobody
is home during the day. Does someone have to be there to
sign for it? |

| Answer: Yes. We
require a signature on ALL packages. UPS will attempt to
deliver your package up to 3 times. After the third attempt
the package will be returned to us. If you wish to have the
order sent again we will charge your credit card for the extra
shipping charges.
You have several other options
if nobody is available at your home or office. You may
have your package held at your local UPS facility and pick
it up at your leisure. You may also list an "alternate
shipping address" with your credit card company so
that UPS can deliver your package to a location where someone
can sign for it. |

| Question: Do
I need to purchase additional insurance or is that provided by
you? |

| Answer: You
do not need to purchase additional insurance. We insure all
packages for the replacement value. If you receive a package
that has been damaged please contact us immediately. |

Orders |
| Question: I
live outside the United States. Can you ship your products
to me? |

| Answer: Internet
fraud, credit card fraud, identity theft, drug cartels, terrorists,
and people just looking to get something for free have made international
transactions a high risk proposition. We require payment
by international money order in US Dollars ONLY. Please contact

Other Shipping Information
Too Important To Leave Out
We
DO NOT automatically issue refunds for a package that didn't
arrive when you expected it to. UPS and Fedex have become rather
miserly when it comes to issuing refunds. We will make a good faith
attempt to get a credit for the shipping charges if they fail to
reach the destination on time.
ONCE YOUR PACKAGE LEAVES OUR OFFICE IT IS IN THE HANDS OF THE
CARRIER. We have no control over their trucks, planes, employees,
the weather or acts of God.
