Local WiFi
Often misunderstood, the Local WiFi cameras we offer transmit a WiFi signal just like the router at your home or office. You connect your smartphone or tablet to this signal and use the included app to control things like the time / date setting, resolution, frame rate, motion detection, and more. The main difference is you will not be able to access the camera past 30 feet. It is not a true WiFi camera in the sense that you can’t access it from down the street or across the world. These systems are common in our body worn WiFi camera equipment like the keychain camera.
Saving Your Video Files
The majority of our cameras use a memory card to save the video files generated during the course of a day. And for the most part, you’ll be able to remove the sd card from the spy cams and watch the files using your computer. Capturing video this way is the easiest way to do it.
Cloud Video Recording
We’re the first to offer off site, secure cloud video recording with remove viewing. Using Amazon’s secure server technology we’ve enabled some of our WiFi Spy Cameras with Cloud storage capabilities. For a small monthly fee you’re able to save video files off site so there’s absolutely no chance of sabotage by your target destroying the memory card or camera.
