Wi-Fi Mode
Toggle Position: Wi-Fi
Connects to your home or office router just like any smart device. Full 4K streaming, motion alerts, and cloud features with zero monthly cost. Best for locations with reliable internet.
4G Cellular Mode
Toggle Position: 4G
Uses the built-in SIM card to connect over cellular networks. Stream from anywhere with cell coverage. Requires an active data plan. Ideal for vehicles, remote properties, and off-grid locations.
About the toggle: Your camera has a physical switch (not a software setting) that selects Wi-Fi or 4G. To change modes, you must access the device and flip the switch. The camera will restart and connect using the selected mode.
Can I Use It Without 4G?
Absolutely. Three ways to use your camera with no cellular plan.
Wi-Fi Only

Connect to any standard Wi-Fi network for full live streaming, motion alerts, and remote viewing. All features work identically to 4G mode.
Local Recording
128GB MicroSD
Records directly to the included 128GB MicroSD card. No internet connection required. Footage is stored locally and can be reviewed by removing the card.
Offline Deploy
Set & Forget
Place the camera, let it record on motion detection, and retrieve the MicroSD card later. Perfect for temporary surveillance or areas with no connectivity.
4G is an option, not a requirement.
Pre-Activated SIM Included
Every camera ships with a pre-activated SIM card loaded with 300 MB of trial data (approximately 39 minutes of streaming). No sign-up required to start. When you're ready for more, purchase additional data plans at:

Initial connection: The first time you power on in 4G mode, allow up to 10 minutes for the camera to register with the cellular network and appear in the app.
Mode switching: The Wi-Fi/4G toggle is a physical switch on the device. It cannot be changed remotely through the app.

Before You Buy
A few things worth knowing upfront.
Some camera models may have faint LED indicator bars visible during operation. This is normal and varies by product. Check the specific product listing for details about LED visibility.
Works with most standard home and office routers (2.4 GHz). Not compatible with hotel captive portals, enterprise/corporate networks requiring browser-based login, or networks with MAC address filtering enabled.
These cameras are assembled and tested to order. Please allow an additional 24-48 hours of processing time on top of standard shipping estimates. We test every unit before it leaves our shop.
Due to the custom nature of these products, returns are accepted within a 4-day window of delivery. A restocking fee applies. Please review our full return policy before purchasing.
